For Non-Crowdfunded Products

Product Availability

The availability of each product we sell on Hasbro Pulse Asia, and its estimated delivery date, is shown on its product description page.

  • For in stock items, most will be dispatched within 2 business days from when you have placed your order. By "dispatched", this means that the item has left our warehouse and is on its way to you. If an item is out of stock, it is no longer available for purchase, and will likely never come back in stock.
  • For pre-order items, we will ship them as soon as they become available.

The availability of any item we sell is subject to change.

Delivery Address

We deliver to most addresses in Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore and Taiwan. Unfortunately, we do not accept orders which require delivery to addresses outside these countries or regions.

The delivery country or region for orders must match the market domain of the website it was purchased from ā€” e.g. items ordered on the Hasbro Pulse Singapore website can only be delivered to Singapore.

When you set up your account, you can establish a delivery address to use on all orders. For your convenience, you can access your account at any time to make changes to this information.

Delivery Options

We currently only offer standard economy delivery.

On average, please allow 2-7 business days from the date of dispatch for your delivery. Items are being shipped from Hong Kong, so Hong Kong orders will arrive within 2-4 days, whereas orders for markets further away from Hong Kong such as Singapore could take up to 7 days.

If you have multiple items in your order with different estimated shipping dates, you can choose consolidated shipping to wait to ship them together in one package, which will cost less but items won't ship until they are all in stock, which will take longer. Or you can choose to ship them separately as they become available, which will cost more but you will receive the items sooner.

Delivery Costs

Delivery is free if you spend above the minimum order value, in each shipment order*:

  • Hong Kong: HK499
  • Malaysia: RM289
  • Singapore: S$89
  • Taiwan: NT$2,000

Otherwise, the standard delivery cost for a shipment order below the minimum order value will be*:

  • Hong Kong: HK39.90
  • Malaysia: RM26.90
  • Singapore: S$7.90
  • Taiwan: NT$179

If you have multiple items in your order with different estimated shipping dates, and have chosen consolidated shipping, free shipping applies once your order is above the minimum order value.

If you have multiple items in your order with different estimated shipping dates, and have chosen to receive separate shipments, the minimum order value for free shipping will be based on the total value of each shipment. E.g. you may enjoy free shipping on your first shipment (above minimum order value), but not on the second (if below minimum order value).

Delivery costs will also vary based on the number and size of items in the order, as well as whether you have chosen to ship the items separately or in a consolidated package. You may also incur an additional nominal handling fee for select bulky items:

  • Hong Kong: HK15.90
  • Malaysia: RM9.90
  • Singapore: S$2.90
  • Taiwan: NT$59

We may also change or remove delivery charges from time to time.

*Exclusions to free or discounted delivery costs may apply for certain crowdfunded products.

Undeliverable Products

For failed attempts at delivery (e.g. courier has attempted to deliver, but recipient is not at home to receive), our courier service partners will contact you via mobile phone to arrange for re-deliveries up to a maximum of three times. After which, this order will be returned to Hasbro, and will not be eligible for a re-delivery.

No refund or replacement will be made for any failed delivery.

For Crowdfunded Products

Timing of Delivery

If the project is successfully backed with the minimum number of backers by the project deadline (the "Project Backing Period"), the project will proceed to its production phase. This crowdfunded product will be made, and be ultimately delivered to you. Estimated delivery dates vary per crowdfunded product. Please visit the project on the HasLab tab:

RETURN, REFUND & REPLACEMENT POLICY:

Cancelling or Changing an Order

For pre-order and crowdfunded items, you may cancel or modify your order at any time before the payment has been processed.

  • Payment for pre-order items will be processed when the item is received at our warehouse and becomes available for delivery.
  • Payment for crowdfunded items will be processed once the project backing period has ended and if the project is successfully backed.

If you've placed your pre-order or crowdfunded item using a registered account, log in to your account:

click into your order, select "Manage Order", and cancel the item.

If you've placed your pre-order or crowdfunded item as Guest, go to your "Order Confirmation" email, and click the link provided under "Do you need to update your order?". Select "Manage Order" and cancel the item.

NOTE: If you have an order containing more than one pre-order item with different estimated shipping dates, you can only cancel or modify your order at any time before the payment has been processed ā€” this happens when the first pre-order item in your order becomes available for delivery.

For orders containing in stock items, you will not be able to cancel or modify your order once confirmed at checkout.

  • This also applies for orders containing a mix of both in stock and pre-order items. You must contact our Customer Support team here for any attempts at changing or modifying your order.

You will not be able to cancel any items or modify an order if it is in the process of being dispatched.

Partial Cancellations

  • To cancel part of an order containing just pre-order item(s), please contact our Customer Support team here.

Return, Refund & Replacement

We hope that you are completely satisfied with your order. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied or have changed your mind about the product, you may return most items bought on the Hasbro Pulse site within 30 days of delivery and receive a replacement or refund.

For any return or replacement request, you MUST contact our Customer Support team here and request for a Return Merchandise Authorization. Please note that we cannot accept any returns without a Return Merchandise Authorization. All unauthorized returns will be returned to the sender.

Items that are not permitted to be returned are described below under "Ineligible Returns" and/ or on the product's description page.

Ineligible Returns

We cannot accept a return or organize a replacement and/ or refund for the following types of items:

  • Products which have been opened, unless the item arrived in damaged or defective condition
  • Products which are customized, bespoke or personalized (for example, when a product has been engraved or otherwise personalized)
  • Products sealed for health protection or hygiene purposes, once these have been unsealed after you receive them
  • Any products which become mixed inseparably with other items after their delivery

If an item was sold as a set, individual elements of that set cannot be returned for a refund. Please return the entire set if you are requesting an eligible refund.

Eligible Returns - Damaged Items or Mistakes with Order

  1. received an item with damaged packaging
  2. received a defective or misdescribed item
  3. received a duplicated item and/ or order
  4. received a wrong item

Eligible Returns - Change of Mind

We can accept a return if the product is still in its original condition i.e. sealed and unopened, undamaged and in original packaging.

You will have to arrange and pay for your own return shipping; we will provide a full refund on the item if it is returned within its return window, and has passed our inspection.

Additionally, we do not accept requests for an exchange of a different product, regardless of the product value.

Returning the Product and Requesting a Return Merchandise Authorization

As a valued customer and member of the Hasbro Pulse community, we want your shopping experience with us to be hassle-free.

If you need to return an eligible item, you MUST contact our Customer Support team here to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number. Please note that we cannot accept any returns without a Return Merchandise Authorization. All unauthorized returns will be returned to the sender.

Packing and Sending Your Return:

Once you have contacted our Customer Support team, and have received your Return Merchandise Authorization number, please proceed to pack the items securely in a box. You can re-use the box that the items have arrived in or use another box if you prefer. Please ensure all old delivery labels and barcodes have been removed or blacked out.

Next, please write the Return Merchandise Authorization number sizably on the outside of the box.

  • If your item is eligible for a free return (i.e. returns due to damaged Items or mistakes with order): you will receive a free return shipping label from our Customer Support team. Please print the shipping label and paste it securely on the box.
  • If your item is not eligible for a free return (i.e. returns due to change of mind): please send your return to us using an insured or trackable delivery that is most convenient for you. Please ensure that you ask for proof of postage and retain this as it provides your unique tracking number.

You must mail the item back to us at: Hasbro Hong Kong, 63 Tong Yan San Tsuen Road, Yuen Long, New Territories, Hong Kong.

Requesting a Replacement

During your correspondence with our Customer Support team, you may request for a replacement for the same item (subject to availability) if it arrives damaged.

Costs of Return

In all other circumstances (including when you are exercising your right to change your mind), you will need to pay the costs of return for the products. The costs will be subject to the carrier and location of where you'd be shipping from.

However, Hasbro will pay and absorb the costs of return if you have:

  1. received an item with damaged packaging
  2. received a defective or misdescribed item
  3. received a duplicated item and/ or order
  4. received a wrong item
  5. we told you of a material change to the products and/or services, a major error in pricing or description, or a significant (more than one month) delay in delivery due to events outside our control

Refund

All eligible refunds are made to the original method of payment.

  • If you are exercising your right to change your mind, we will only refund you on the price of the returned product. We will not refund any delivery costs or pay for your return shipping fees.
  • In other cases where you are eligible for a refund (i.e. due to damaged item or mistakes with order), we will refund you on the price of the affected item, including any delivery costs. We will also provide free returns for you to ship the affected item back to us.
  • If you return an item or order that was placed with a voucher code, discount, or offer; we will refund you the amount that you've paid after the discount was applied.

Please allow for up to 7 days for any refund to appear on your bank statement.

Processing Your Return or Replacement

Please allow for up to 21 days for us to process your return. You will receive an email notification from our Customer Support team once your return has been received and processed.

If we are unable to send a replacement due to high demand and limited quantities, we will issue a refund instead. Please allow for up to 7 days for any refund to appear on your bank statement.
